1. Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services including (but not limited to):
- Astrological consultation calls (audio/video)
- Personalized reports
- Chart analysis, name corrections, remedies, etc.
- Any packages, bundles, or combination services
“Services” refers collectively to the above paid offerings.
2. No Refunds After Service Delivery
- For one-time services (e.g. a consultation call, reading session) — once you have booked, paid for, and completed (or partially used) the service (e.g. you have had the call, gone through the reading), refunds are not available.
- If you attend the consultation or receive the reading, it is considered “delivered,” and therefore non-refundable.
- If the service includes 7 days of support or follow-up (as part of the offering), that does not make the main service refundable.
3. Refunds Before Service Delivery (If Allowed)
If you have booked a service but before it is delivered or scheduled, refunds or cancelations may be considered under the following terms:
- You must request cancellation/refund in writing (via email) at least 1 day before the scheduled service.
- Any refund eligible will exclude any transaction or processing fees (if applicable).
- We may reserve the right to deduct administrative costs.
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to offer refunds or partial refunds in exceptional cases, for example:
- If we are unable to provide the service due to our scheduling constraints, technical issues, or capacity.
- If we must cancel or reschedule significantly and the offered alternative is unacceptable to you.
In such cases, we may provide a full refund or credit toward another service, at our discretion.
5. Refund Process & Timing
- To request a refund, send an email to support@acharyasonu.in with subject line “Refund Request — [Service Name / Order ID]” and provide your booking details, date, and reason.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method (or to your bank account, as applicable).
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, we may offer alternate modes (bank transfer, credit, etc.) after your verification.
6. No-Show / Missed Appointment
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or reading appointment without valid notice (as defined in our cancellation policy), no refund will be granted.
If you must reschedule, contact us prior to the scheduled time (per our rescheduling policy), and we may allow one reschedule (if possible) without penalty — but this is subject to availability and is not a guarantee.
7. Changes by Us / Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel or postpone the service for reasons beyond your control (e.g. unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or emergencies), we will:
- Inform you as soon as possible
- Offer to reschedule to a mutually agreeable time
- If rescheduling is not acceptable, offer you a full refund
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding refunds, please contact us. We will attempt to resolve issues in good faith.
If resolution fails, parties may pursue legal remedies under applicable law.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. The updated version will be posted on our website with a “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
